Yoga is important for everyone, regardless of your age and ability. Even children can practice yoga. Yoga experts agree that children of 5 years and above can start practicing yoga. It is never too late to start yoga. Yogasanas are essential for strengthening the mind and body. It slows down the aging process. It helps you look younger and younger for longer. For that some special yogasanas should be done at every age.

In her Instagram post, yoga instructor Dr Smriti said, ‘Some yoga asanas can be done at every age. Breathe while keeping the body centered. Release while twisting the body to the side. While inhaling, lift the body up, while exhaling, go down.

Here are yoga poses that are useful for women of all ages

1 Ardhamatsyendrasana

Dr. Smriti says, ‘This asana rids the body of toxins and improves digestion. It keeps the pancreas and liver healthy and the spine healthy.

How to do Ardhamatsyendrasanam

sit on the floor.
bend the right leg at the knee.
lift and bend the knee of the left leg.
extend the right arm back and place the palm flat on the floor behind.
raise the left arm above the head.
breathe evenly and hold the pose for 30 seconds.

2 deviation

Dr. Smriti said, ‘It helps to maintain the blood sugar level of a diabetic patient. Vakrasana purifies the lungs and relaxes the mind. It helps in weight loss and makes the body flexible. It also provides relief from back and neck pain.
How to do Krasana

place the right hand opposite the left knee.
.Now turn your back, look back and look up.

3 Ardha Paschimottanasana

6 Bhujangasana

How to do Bhujangasana

lie on your stomach in a relaxed position.
slowly bring the legs closer together.
bend the arms at the elbows and move the palms closer to the shoulders.
raise the elbows slightly off the ground (Yogasana at every age).
lift the torso off the floor.
