1. Milk and lemon juice

Milk repels sunlight from your skin. At the same time, it also protects your skin from sun damage. In addition to this, raw milk promotes collagen production and keeps the skin’s natural glow intact. Not only that, if you apply cold raw milk on your skin, it will provide relief from sunburn. Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C, which reduces the appearance of dark spots caused by the sun’s harmful rays and treats pigmented skin.

Mix two spoons of raw milk with one spoon of lemon juice. After mixing them well, dip a cotton ball in this mixture and apply it all over your skin.

2. Aloe Vera and Zinc Lotion

Aloe vera gel protects the skin from the sun’s harmful rays by blocking 20% ​​of UV rays. The zinc oxide used in its preparation diffuses the harmful rays of the sun and deflects them away from the skin. It limits the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays to a great extent. Zinc oxide is easily available at any chemist shop near you.

4. Raspberry seed oil

According to a study published by the National Library of Medicine, raspberry seed oil has an SPF of 28 to 50 to reduce the effects of UVB. However spf 8 has been found to reduce the effect of UVA.
