I always like to drink plain beetroot water. If you want, you can also add some other ingredients to it.
First grind the beetroot well.
Pour a glass of water into the pan and then add the grated beetroot to the pan.
Now put the pan on gas and boil well for 5 to 7 minutes.
If you want, you can also add black pepper and cinnamon in it, it depends on your taste.
When it boils and mixes well, strain the water and take it out separately.
