When I created this week’s 3 meal plan, I had your busy schedule in mind! These quick and easy meals are delicious even when you’re on the go!
Browse the pantry and see what ingredients you already have and see how quickly and easily this meal comes together. We make Korean rice bowls all the time. They are so good! This week is going to be delicious!
Let me make it easy for you and prepare the most delicious and flavorful dishes straight from the pantry and using your food sparingly. These pantry staples are traditional meals that all families love. This meal will feed a family of 4-6. And don’t forget to print your shopping list!
If you don’t like something on the menu (or your kids love it and you need to change the meal) you totally can! Choose another week’s meals (see all my meal plans here) or change one recipe and keep the rest! If you want to make sure you receive all the meal plans every week, sign up for my newsletter here!

How to store leftovers
I usually only meal plan 5 out of seven days a week. This is because we usually run out on one of the nights or we have leftovers! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
