A study conducted on a group of postmenopausal women examined the effects of almond consumption on various skin parameters. The results of this study show that daily consumption of almonds reduces the severity of wrinkles and the speed of changes in facial complexion. This is due to the antioxidant components like vitamin E present in almonds.
